Who We Are
Built by locals, for locals.
The Uralla Bowling Club was formed in 1945 by a small but mighty contingency of local district bowlers who wished to have their own club to call home.
These founders put up the money to purchase land opposite Alma Park, formerly a cherry orchard, and consequently built the first Clubhouse which officially opened in November 1947.
The Uralla Bowlo proudly boasts two grass greens. These greens are tenderly cared for by our very experienced Green keeper. Our grass greens are of top competition grade and have even been selected to host the State Pennant 1 finals.
The club hosts a variety of lawn sports and indoor community activities with both social and competition leagues.

The Uralla Bowlo has an excellent staff comprising of Full time, part time and casual staff. These staff fulfil the duties in the areas of Administration, Bar, Cleaning, Greens, and Gardens We look forward to welcoming you and your guests to experience our wonderful Club and its facilities!
